Tom Hajduk, Cafe Nordo’s Wine Steward, will assemble the case based on your wishes and dreams. Step 1: an interview with Tom to discover your favorite styles of wine and your desires for exploration. Step 2: Tom will contact you when there are single bottles at Nordo for you to come by to pick up and try at your place– feedback from your tasting experience and your responses to the wines will help with the final selections. Step 3: Tom will then assemble the case of a lifetime for you. As always, the final case will be a treasure chest of flavor and adventure. Note: please allow about 6 months of single-bottle tasting experiences so Tom can create the ultimate case of wine for you..
