Tom Hajduk’s Evening of Growers Champagne and Dessert Wines

Our most anticipated and popular tasting returns, and this year we are going big and will show four diverse styles of Champagne: two different Brut styles, one Brut Rosé, and one vintage Champagne which is over 10 years old! To finish the evening, we will also try two delicious dessert-style wines. Each selection will be from small, family-run estates which have little if any machinery involved in the production of the wines.

As always we will explain the complex, fascinating process of making Champagne, provide details about each wine, and tell stories about the history and people of each estate.
