SAUCES July’s monthly cooking class installment taught by Nordo’s charming and talented Sous Chef Christian Rosso will feature fundamentals of Sauces. From Hollandaise to a fresh berry Coulis, learn all of the basics of sauce-making. Once you know these, the sky is the limit as to what you can make. Nordo’s board member, wine steward, and host of our Second Saturday wine tastings Tom Hajduk will be on hand to pour specifically-paired tastes of wine, and the evening will round out with a delicious series of sauced small plates created Christian.
