Nordo’s charming and talented Sous Chef Christian Rosso begins his monthly cooking classes on June 25. In an exploration of Nordo’s favorite fish, Christian will teach you how to prepare a King Salmon in three ways, including the beautiful beet-cured salmon rosettes served in Jitterbug Perfume. Nordo’s board member, wine steward, and host of our Second Saturday wine tastings Tom Hajduk will be on hand to pour specifically-paired tastes of wine, and the evening will round out with a delicious meal plated by Christian.
