Second Saturday Wine Nights: A Tasting Tour of Spanish Wine

In ancient Roman times, the wine produced in Spain was so popular it was the most exported wine to the rest of the Roman Empire. Many of those ancient winegrowing regions still use the same grape varieties today and follow age-old traditions.  From the sea-spritzed wines of Txakoli in the Basque country to the brooding, powerful reds of Priorat, we will taste five unique and gorgeous wines that will have you longing to plan a trip to Spain (and we will talk about that too!).

Tom Hajduk's unique blend of storytelling, history, facts, and humor takes the conventional idea of wine tasting to a completely different level every second Saturday of the month in The Knife Room. Your ticket includes 4-5 tastes of wine.
