Chef Nordo’s omnivore edition features layers of Confited Duck, Sausage Stuffing, Cheesy Potatoes, Bourbon Maple Sweet Potatoes, and Orange Ginger Cranberries molded into a gorgeous table-scape worthy cake and served with a hefty helping of Duck Dripping Gravy.

For Vegetarian and Gluten Free guests, a layer of wild mushrooms from our friends at Found and Foraged replace the duck, and Nordo’s own Cornbread Pudding with Artichokes and Olives brings even more friends to the holiday party.
